An off-shooting night befell Brookfield in its 34-27 loss to Gallatin in Friday night's girls varsity basketball matchup.

Madi Lumsden (3 rebounds, 3 steals) and Maddie Wilbeck (4 rebounds, 2 assists, steal) each scored six points, and Greenlee McCollum (4 rebounds, 3 assists, 5 steals) and Jerzi Fields (2 rebounds, 3 steals) scored five points apiece for the Bulldogs, who shot 11-for-44 (25%) from the floor.

Emma Meyer (6 rebounds, assist) had three points, and Haven Stufflebean (rebound) added two points. Gracyn Beckman pulled down three boards, while Maggie Bennett had a rebound and Emma Sensenich had a steal.

The Lady Bulldogs (5-4) play Trenton in tonight's NCMC Holiday Shootout.
