Brookfield's frigid shooting and a barrage of threes by Schuyler County doomed the Lady Bulldogs, as the Rams captured fifth place with a 54-33 win in the Tri-Rivers Classic.

Despite scoring only one bucket in the second quarter, the Bulldogs trailed by just five points at the half. However, the Rams who poured in 13 threes, hit on 10 in the deciding second half.

Emma Meyer (rebound) scored a team-high 12 points, and Maddie Wilbeck (5 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals) added 11 points. Jerzi Fields collected eight points and five boards, and Greenlee McCollum had two points, two assists, two steals and a rebound. Madi Lumsden had four rebounds, Gracyn Beckman had three rebounds, Maggie Bennett had two rebounds and Haven Stufflebean added a rebound and assist.

The Lady Bulldogs (2-3) travel to Milan on Tuesday.
